Moda Apartments are located within the southernmost building of the Alto Development. Alto is a stunning new 19 storey tower destined to become an icon of the skyline in Wembley Park. The development will open onto leafy Elvin Square, a new 2 acre landscaped public piazza. Light and airy apartments have a contemporary aesthetic, with modern fixtures and fittings, quality materials and cool tones.
Wembley Park is known around the world for its sporting events and concerts at the National Stadium and the SSE Arena. Wembley also retains its distinctive neighbourhood feel thanks to many independent shops, restaurants, good schools, cinemas and a strong multicultural community.
New ID were invited by Network Homes to design, supply and install, two show apartments – a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom as a marketing suite
We were asked to produce a scheme that would appeal to young professionals, we were inspired by the colours of Network Homes marketing brochure using contemporary artwork and fabrics with geometric patterns
