Jonathan Caplan,
Founder
As the Founder of New ID Living, I oversee our brilliant design team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. With a long-standing background in creative roles across the hospitality and interiors sectors, I’m passionate about creating inspiring spaces that combine style with substance. I continue to drive the growth of the New ID brand both in the UK and internationally, particularly amongst investment partners in Asia and the Far East.
Ian Munslow,
Non-Exec Director
I joined New ID in 2012, bringing over 25 years of experience in new homes sales and marketing. From estate agency to sales director roles with top UK developers, I’ve seen it all – which helps me understand exactly what our clients need. As Non-Executive Director I work with the team to identify and develop new opportunities and keep the business growing. A Chartered Institute of Marketing affiliate, I’m all about building great relationships and making sure we stay one step ahead in the market.
Zoe Hartridge,
Senior Designer
With almost 20 years of industry experience, I joined New ID Living in 2006. I love the creative freedom of experimenting with textures, patterns, and colours, and collaborating with our clients to create really beautiful spaces. A career highlight was having one of my show homes published in Small and Chic. Outside of work, I love fashion, food, and discovering new interior inspiration while travelling.
Amrit Lattimore,
Senior Designer
As a senior designer, I combine over 20 years’ of experience with a passion for detail and guiding projects from build stage to finishing touches. I love forming genuine partnerships with clients and working with them to translate vision into reality. I’ve been published in numerous interiors magazines and was recently shortlisted for a major award. I stay creatively inspired through travel, yoga retreats – and next up, paragliding! For me, design is instinctive and joyful.
Rene Pacquette,
Senior Designer
I’m a senior designer with a passion for creating spaces that elevate mood, creativity, and comfort. With a degree in Interior Architecture and Spatial Design from De Montfort University, I bring a blend of technical knowledge and creative flair to each project. Since joining New ID in 2017, I’ve grown enormously and love the energy of show home design. Travel, nature, and social media constantly fuel my inspiration both in and outside of work.
Tertia Pearce,
Operations Manager
I started at New ID Living in 2010 and now manage operations across all departments. With a background in commercial interiors, logistics and accounts, I thrive on the fast-paced, varied nature of my role. Whether it’s liaising with suppliers, reviewing stock or collaborating with the design team, no two days are the same! I’m a big foodie, always hunting down new restaurants or cooking up Japanese recipes for my daughter and partner (both of whom are notoriously picky eaters!).
Florin Hutu,
Installation Manager
As Installation Manager, I’m driven by a love of turning empty spaces into beautiful, functional homes. Since moving to the UK over eight years ago and earning my degree in Business Management from Buckinghamshire New University, I’ve channelled my passion for design and detail into bringing interiors to life. I take a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring each one is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, creating spaces that don’t just look exceptional, but feel inspiring to live in.
