The vision for Regency Heights is to open the door to owning in Brent, through Shared Ownership. This major L&Q development is a unique chance for you to buy an affordable home in this changing and well-connected part of London.
Old Oak and Park Royal will become a highly accessible location with the addition of the ‘superhub stations’ HS2 and cross rail, which will become one of the country’s most connected and largest railway interchanges.
The area will also benefit from significant London-wide and local transport connections, helping transform an area previously cut off from the rest of London.
The New ID Living were commissioned to design and install the show apartment, Lead designer Amrit Lattimore said
“.We are asked to produce a design that reflected the beautiful greenery and surrounding lakes which appealed to first time buyers and young professionals – one of the ways this was achieved was by using soft sea green tones and accessioning blank walls with nature wallpapers and a feature plant wall
I created a fluid space to accentuate the living space by using a curved sofa and rug which created a natural flow in the room whilst also being a unique feature.
