Interior design of show apartments and marketing suite

Kilburn Quarter is a collection of 126 apartments and duplexes in north-west London, offering a contemporary interpretation of the area’s traditional mansion style.

New ID Living were commissioned to create a marketing suite with a New York loft-inspired aesthetic, with lead designer Amrit Lattimore using industrial details, varied wood finishes and statement features to bring the development’s identity to life.

“The New York-inspired direction gave us plenty of scope to create a marketing suite with real character,” said Jonathan Caplan, Founder of New ID Living.
