For BRX Brixton, Network Homes commissioned New ID Living to create a two-bedroom show apartment reflecting the area’s creative and diverse community.

The design uses bespoke furniture, prominent artwork and a distinctive palette of pinks, greys, teal and warm gold, with local references including a balcony lightbox and David Bowie portraits.

“Brixton has such a strong identity, so we wanted that character to come through in every part of the apartment,” said Jonathan Caplan, Founder of New ID Living.
