The homes at Tudsbery Court are all designed and equipped to impressive standards. The kitchen is complete with stylish contemporary cabinets and worktops, and integrated appliances. Bathrooms have modern white suites. All main bedrooms boast smart fitted wardrobes, designed to maximise storage space.

Energy efficiency is a huge benefit in these brand new homes. With the latest district heating and high levels of insulation, you can keep warm while saving money on fuel bills.

Kiran Mudhar the lead designer for the project said “The brief was a Scandinavian scheme portraying an overall young, trendy look for potential first time buyers with a possibility of having a young family.

The chosen colour palette was inspired by the trending colours for 2019, using hues of pinks and greens contrasting with deep blues and burgundies to bring in warmth. This was represented mainly through the soft furnishings and wallpapers whilst there was a large use of wooden and rattan furniture and plenty of greenery to introduce the Scandinavian look.

As per the brief, the kitchen living has a sales office incorporated into the design instead of a dining area, however the sizing for the living area furniture was specifically chosen to accommodate a dining table and chairs to help potential buyers visualise themselves living there. The wow factor in this living room is definitely the bold burgundy sofa, with a variety of cushions in the softer tones. The gallery of artwork hung above the sofa adds trendiness to the room.

The master bedroom radiates luxury with the oversized headboard contrasting with the deep navy blue wallpaper, yet still embodies the young look the brief specified. The second bedroom certainly shouts teenager! The sleek black bed frame is dressed with a chunky knit green throw coupled with the open wooden wardrobe are typical Scandinavian elements. The room is dressed to demonstrate a young trendy teenager living there. My favourite room of all is the baby’s room which has been flourished with pastel pink and aqua tones, and tastefully accessorised with teddies and toys.

Allison Fitzgerald of Places for People said “New i.d have produced another wonderful show home. The design brief was carried out exactly how we wanted and the installation was on time and with minimum fuss”
