New i.d Interiors was recently commissioned to design a new luxury two-bedroom penthouse show home in North London, part of Crest Nicholson’s Totteridge Place development in Whetstone.

Talking about the design brief, Zoe Hartridge, Lead Interior Designer at New i.d Interiors said, “The goal for this luxurious, two-bedroom penthouse was to create an aspirational interior that was classic yet modern, to appeal to both city professionals and mature, wealthy buyers looking to downsize.”

Dressed using their Designer Collection that features Kelly Hoppen London furniture and accessories, Crest Nicholson is offering a core collection of this exclusive designer furniture, worth up to £25,000, on selected penthouses at the development.

The new penthouse comes complete with high-spec fixtures and fittings, including a Sonos sound system and fully fitted Nobilia kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances. This stylish new home features two generously sized double bedrooms, both of which feature large balconies with far-reaching views over the surrounding area.

Zoe continue; “The high-specification property has been furnished to an outstanding standard with core pieces of furniture and accessories from Kelly Hoppen London. To meet the needs of both buyer profiles, the second room has been designed as dynamic office space, but also doubles up as a place to unwind with a book.”

David Hnyda, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson said; “The new penthouse at Totteridge Place provides prospective buyers with the opportunity to step inside and view first-hand the luxury interiors on offer at this popular development. The show home has been designed to appeal to buyers looking for a high specification home, complete with a bespoke furniture package that makes the process of moving home even easier.”
