Welcombe House, Harpenden
New i.d Interiors designed the stunning interior for Fairview Homes for their flagship development Welcombe House, Harpenden. The property is on the top floor of a converted Grade II listed building the centre piece of Fairview’s new development.
Being a listed building the property required a slightly different approach than a normal new build project in order for the interior to be demonstrated to its best
The target demographic purchaser for this impressive apartment was an affluent buyer probably trading down from a larger property in the area, they would be focused upon the quality of the furnishings as well as the core property so it was vital to get the look and feel of this project just right.
The design incorporates a luxurious classic look with hints of art deco through the use of geometric shapes, golds and glossy finishes
Senior Sales Manager for Fairview, Rebecca Thomson commented ‘Having worked with the New i.d team in the past, I knew they would be ideal to interpret and deliver a design that would appeal to our potential purchasers, the resulting interior is of the highest quality. The classic styling with a hint of art deco really connects to our buying public’
Director of Sales & Marketing for New i.d, Ian Munslow commented “All our team were excited to be commissioned for this project, the quality of the design work we have provided speaks for its self in the images, appealing to an affluent and demanding demographic we had to provide a modern classic interior with a twist whilst working within the fabric of a listed building. I am so proud of the quality and style that we have produced for this project it really is a stand out interior”
