New id Interiors designed the stunning interior for Fairview Homes on their flagship development Welcombe House, Harpenden.
The property is on the top floor of a converted Grade II listed building the Center piece of Fairview’s new development
Being a listed building the property required a slightly different approach than a normal new build project in order for the interior to be demonstrated to its best
The target demographic purchaser for this impressive apartment was an affluent buyer probably trading down form a larger property in the area, they would be focused upon the quality of the furnishings as well as the core property so it was vital to get the look and feel of this project just right. The design incorporates a luxurious classic look with hints of art deco through the use of geometric shapes, golds and glossy finishes
