About

The Show Home

Network Homes’ regeneration of Rectory Park will create 425 new homes, increasing the estate’s density by 155 properties. The estate was originally built between the 1950s and 1970s and includes two storey maisonettes and flats in medium rise blocks.

The residents of Rectory Park, supported by Ealing Council, selected Network Homes to regenerate the estate by providing new homes and facilities. Hill Partnerships were appointed to to carry out the construction.

Residents have been at the heart of this project since the start. We consulted with them extensively on the design of the new homes, landscaping and play areas so we can deliver their vision for their new community.

Positioned on the northern bank of the River Thames, the prime location of Landmark Place neighbours the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Landmark Place benefits from superb transport links. Walk to Tower Hill in just 7 minutes for the Underground Circle and District Lines and walk to Bank in 12 minutes for Underground links to the Central, Northern and Waterloo & City lines.

This development is primarily aimed at first times buyers and young professionals so the client wanted a fresh contemporary look. I achieved this by using wallpapers that would appeal to that market and also used furniture that was a mix of modern but also some pieces that had a urban feel
