About Landmark Place
Landmark Place sits along the bank of the River Thames, on the very site of the first London settlement where London began almost two thousand years ago.
Founded by the Romans in AD43, Londinium became the capital of Roman Britannia. Ports bustled with ships bringing luxury goods from the furthest corners of the Empire, catering to the sophisticated tastes of its cosmopolitan citizens.
Today, London is a global city, alive with culture and commerce – a timeless atmosphere those first residents would surely still recognise.
This spectacular development includes 165 one-bed suites, one, two and three-bed apartments and penthouses.
Positioned on the northern bank of the River Thames, the prime location of Landmark Place neighbours the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Landmark Place benefits from superb transport links. Walk to Tower Hill in just 7 minutes for the Underground Circle and District Lines and walk to Bank in 12 minutes for Underground links to the Central, Northern and Waterloo & City lines.
The goal when creating the interiors for these two spectacular apartments was to create something aspirational that reflected the high calibre of this development and its desirable location.
The ultra-high-specification homes have been furnished to an exceptional standard, with core pieces of luxe furniture and accessories from Kelly Hoppen London. To complement the aesthetic of the building, the decor features a mix of classic and contemporary pieces, and we opted for a neutral palette featuring crisp whites, warm taupe’s, and touches of chic matt black, incorporating a combination of rich, sumptuous textures to offer contrast.
To replicate the skyline indoors, we included some fantastic artwork featuring landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the London Eye, and positioned them exactly where they would be if you were looking through the wall!
