New ID London designs luxury two-bed apartment in Hampstead Manor for Mount Anvil.
Following the successful launch of the New ID Living London-focused extension of the business, New ID London has completed the design of a stunning new two bedroom show apartment for Mount Anvil, within their latest development, Hampstead Manor.
Situated in the desirable borough of Hampstead in North West London, just minutes from Hampstead Village, the chic two-bedroom apartment features luxurious finishes that nod to the heritage of the Grade II listed building and its historic site.
This spacious property with its coveted, tranquil location and close proximity to the city, make it the ideal home for city professionals and couples. With this in mind, New ID were tasked with creating a contemporary design befitting of the buyer, that complemented the development’s unique exterior.
Including a number of key pieces from New ID’s Designer Collection, featuring luxury Kelly Hoppen London furniture and accessories, dashes of colour were added through striking artwork, geometric designs and patterned textiles.
To complete the design, an arrangement of contemporary outdoor furniture was added to the apartment’s roof terrace to make use of its generous outdoor space, offering the buyer the perfect place to soak in the incredible views of the surrounding area.
Located on Kidderpore Avenue, Hampstead Manor is just minutes from the centre of Hampstead Village, in the coveted NW3 postcode.
Hampstead Manor’s 156 homes range from studio apartments to five-bedroom homes. Set over 13 distinct buildings along a historic avenue, our Hampstead homes are a remarkable proposition.
Offering a mix of eras and architectural styles to be explored, Hampstead Manor’s is a story of artistry, imagination and rural tranquillity, epitomising the qualities that have long made the NW3 postcode one of Britain’s most desired.
The architecture of this building is truly stunning, and I wanted to design a modern yet homely space with vintage touches and plush textures to inject character into the space and create a timeless interior.
With a fresh, white backdrop, warm coral was the key accent colour throughout the apartment, set against richer purples and reds, and grounded with blacks and greys. In the hallway, we made use of mirrors in a combination of finishes and shapes to amplify the light and visually extend the space, including a grid mirror to reflect the beautiful windows.
