This development by Places for People is a new build scheme located at Granton Waterfront and in very close proximity of Edinburgh city centre and most importantly a quick and easy trip home to sea views, waterfront walks and clean air.
Each property has been designed to give the buyer many possibilities, large windows let in plenty of light with many views over water.
Open plan design maximises the sense of space.
The client wanted to portray the stunning surroundings into the property and create a calm, coastal feel with a modern twist using tranquil tones with a variety of vibrant colours to give some depth to the scheme. The styling of the furniture was very contemporary and minimalistic whilst each fabric and wallpaper was carefully chosen to create the calming coastal feel. My favourite room was the master bedroom. I loved how the minimalistic bedside tables contrasted with the funky geometric chest of drawers to add interest. The wallpaper gives that instant coastal feel.
