An update from the New ID team…

The team at New ID want to reassure our valued customers that we are doing all we can to maintain our service and reliability during this uncertain period.

Our supply chain and stock levels remain largely unaffected, and our warehouse has our multiple furniture packs ready for distribution. We have an in-house rota for all staff, so for the time being we will always have design & delivery capability should it be required.

Please be assured that any deliveries will be made in line with all government guidelines and clients personal wishes, our delivery and installation teams will abide by any and all regulation.

Our quality and customer service remain the cornerstone of our business and we will be doing all we can to ensure that there is no change to these fundamental cores.

Whilst this period continues, we are of course supporting our staff and their families and our thoughts are with everyone who is working hard to maintain critical services through this time, or those who may have been personally affected.
