Luxury Living in Central London
New i.d Interiors were recently commissioned by Central London Consultants in conjunction with Beauchamp Estates and Druce & Co to interior design and furnish the show apartment at Harmont House, Harley Street, London, W1.
Harmont House situated on the corner of Harley Street and Queen Anne Street only 400 metres from Oxford Circus and London’s busy West End. The main block of apartments was constructed in the 1950’s and the client agreed to purchase the roof space and sought planning permission for the construction of 3 high specification penthouse apartments. The ground floor entrance was also modernised and refurbished and a new lift also put in allowing access to the new 6th Floor.
The brief from the client was to produce and sophisticated contemporary luxury interior in neutral colours to make the apartment feel comfortable and luxurious but to appeal to the widest audience possible.
Paul Finch of Beauchamp Estates said “New ID was asked to create a show apartment which would assist in the sale of three new build penthouses. They did so on time, on budget and without any hitches. Without a doubt this helped us greatly to achieve a sale and we would not hesitate to recommend them again”.
Sukey Brecher of Druce & Co said “ Once the show apartment was furnished and interior designed, the buyers were able to understand and appreciate how the space could be best used. An immediate sale was procured once New i.d had completed the work for our mutual client.”
