New i.d Interiors were commissioned to produce the show home
Zoe Hartridge Design Director at New i.d said
“We were asked to produce an interior that would appeal to young families moving to the area due to the amenities and the beautiful picturesque surroundings. The scheme had a very contemporary feel with a focus on the function of each space; i.e the kitchen breakfast room used bright colours with a relaxed feel for the family to have informal meals. A dining room was introduced to entertain guests with a formal atmosphere. The master suite was dressed with an elegant, calm feel whilst the adjacent room was staged for a young girl. An office space was created in one bedroom allowing purchases to envisage a working area for the professionals in the family. Also included in the upstairs scheme was a Guest Bedroom for friends or extended members of the family to stay. The colours used were a mix of blue and pink hues which added to the modern appearance of the interior design”.
Greg Kaye – Head of Sales for Persimmon Homes said “We were delighted with the finished show home as it ticked all the boxes in terms of our brief and budget. One potential buyer showed a keen interest immediately on the launch day with a view buying the property with all the furniture in situ”.
