Great Titchfield Street, London, W1
New i.d Interiors were recently commissioned by Joint London Holdings to interior design and furnish the interior of a stunning penthouse apartment – over two floors just minutes-walk from London’s busy Oxford Street.
The apartment spread over the 3rd and 4th Floor of this mixed use building, with Commercial on the ground floor and 3 residential apartments above. The apartment refurbished in a New York loft apartment style with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a light and airy spacious reception room.
New i.d’s brief was to provide a stunning minimalistic interior to enhance Warehouse style apartment whilst adding touches to make the whole apartment feel warm and comfortable.
Nikesh Parmar – Senior Interior Designer said “This was a great project to work on, we had a blank canvass to put our own stamp on the interior and we were delighted that we received a clear brief from both the developer and the agent as to the required look”
Sukey Brecher of selling agents Druce & Co said “The brief was for New i.d to furnish the apartment with a loft style feel, in the sought after area of Fitzrovia, which is exactly what they did, allowing the contemporary furnishings to blend with the period features of the apartment.
