Franklyn House is an exciting new development of one, two and three bed apartments situated in the heart of Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
Located adjacent to the famous Elstree Film and Television Studios and very close k to Borehamwood’s business town centre offering all the shopping and leisure facilities you will ever need. A Tesco superstore is literally five minutes-walk away.

New i.d Interiors were commissioned by developers Signia to design and furnish the two bedroom show apartment. Victoria Kember the lead interior designer for the project remarked

“The property is aimed at young professionals and first time buyers so keeping this in mind we went for a Scandinavian style interior, using lots of wood and pastel colours throughout the design. In the hallway dyed sheep skin stools were used to bring another texture to this area. The wallpaper in the living area was a stylish graphic geometric design featuring sparsely spaced triangles in pastel pink and grey tones. This complimented the woods and vast textures used. The use of fabric in the master bedroom kept this room sophisticated, whilst the wooden wardrobe and tile finish dressing table kept the feel of Scandinavian. Bedroom Two had a tonal rug wall hanging to give the room a talking point. Throughout the property subtle neutral artwork was used to give a calm feeling throughout”.
