New i.d Interiors were commissioned by Barratt North London to design and furnish a substantial town house at the magnificent development Bentley Priory, Stanmore, Middlesex. “This was the second show home that we have designed for Barratt” said Daniel Caplan Managing Director, “The developer was so impressed with our first offering last year that they asked us to design the Soane Square house without getting a second designer to quote, they were so confident that we could achieve what they were looking for”

Bentley Priory has a rich history dating back to Medieval and Roman times. In 1926, it was acquired by the Royal Air Force and became the headquarters of Fighter Command during the Second World War.

Bentley Priory Stanmore is a prestigious collection of new homes and apartments just 35 minutes from London’s Bond Street station, set in a spectacular 57-acre parkland estate. The historic site is home to meticulously restored Italian Gardens, 12 acres of natural parkland and is close to some of North London’s top schools, exclusive leisure clubs and beautiful golf courses.

New i.d met the brief perfectly; the fusion of contemporary and comfortable family living was expressed with the neutral colour scheme with accents of colour throughout. Each room was individually themed to show how the house could function for family life.

Zoe Hartridge the interior designer said “This was a lovely project to work on and Barratt gave us a relative free hand on the design”

Bradley Martin Sales Manager Barratt North London said “New I.D. delivered us a superb show home that was on time and on budget but more importantly well received by our viewing clients. Their attention to detail is precise and their stylists really know how to present show homes.
