Now it’s possible to have it all. A high specification apartment or a duplex with excellent shopping and leisure amenities, commons and parkland close at hand – yet 30 minutes from the West End. Add attractive communal gardens, on-site parking and you’ll see why suburban living is better at Alpine Place.

Queensbury Station (Zone 4) on the Jubilee Line is just six minutes’ walk away. From here, there are frequent, direct services that can take you to Central London in halfanhour

Road connections are equally convenient; the A1, A406 (North Circular), and the M1 motorway (with ongoing access to the M25) are all close to home. And whenever you need to fly for business or for pleasure, Heathrow Airport is less than 50 minutes away by road.

New i.d Interiors were commissioned by Jaysam Group to provide a quality interior designed show apartments and marketing suite consisting of a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom duplex. The interior design for both units took into consideration the development’s proximity to central London, and a predominantly Asian buyer.

Allison Pidgeon the interior designer on the project said

The apartment has a warm colour palette of amethyst, amber and fuchsia, evoking the vibrancy of India. Smooth, white gloss furniture creates light and space, resulting in a sleek apartment to appeal to first time buyers and those looking to down size. The duplex is more family-oriented with a quirky London vibe, offering comfort and aspirational interiors. Reflective surfaces are softened with sumptuous velvets, smooth silks and other tactile textures, combined with a fresh and juicy colour palette of lime and watermelon.  Design icons such as the Normann Copenhagen Norm 69 lights, reproduction Skandia dining chairs and Le Corbusier Petite Lounge chairs (LC2) are incorporated against a backdrop of hip wallpapers, resulting in unique and engaging interiors, quite unlike other developments in the area”.
