4 Queensway, Redhill, Surrey
Delph Property Group asked New I.D Interiors to assist them in providing an extensive internal make over at 4 Queensway, Redhill. The brief was to transform the bland uninviting entrance foyer, lift the communal hallways and landings, provide an inviting sales office and to install an inspirational show apartment, all challenges that we were more than happy to rise to!
4 Queensway is a luxurious development in the heart of a vibrant town centre yet it is within 30 minutes of Central London and is just 8 minutes by rail to Gatwick Airport, with this in mind we were aware that the style of the furnishings introduced to this development had to appeal to an aspirational buyer profile, buyers who appreciate and demand high quality finishes
Richard Forman from Delph commented “We have worked with New i.d on a number of high profile developments where introducing high level interior design has been an important factor in raising the properties profile, inspiring potential purchasers and delivering high sales rates. Here at Redhill we have been phenomenally successful with over 90% of the properties reserved in the first 5 weeks, obviously price and location are large factors in this achievement but I have to give credit to the work New id have delivered from the stunning entrance foyer right through to the spectacular show apartment with its mirrored walls and contemporary furnishings, purchasers here at Redhill have literally been queuing up at our door to reserve. Once again the team at New i.d have met our brief, exceeded our expectations and delivered on time under pressure of a very tight time line.”
Here at New i.d we are immensely proud of the work we have done at 4 Queensway, the apartments were all well specified offering the perfect blank canvass for us to work with, the entrance foyer was once a cold uninviting void between the entrance and the elevators is now a warm inviting reception with a boutique hotel feel that immediately makes a bold statement to new visitor, setting high expectations that we feel we met at every stage through the building.
