New i.d Interiors were commissioned by joint venture partners Network Living and Hill to provide a collection of show apartments for both private sale and shared ownership.

The development comprises one 14 storey building with 6 other lower rise buildings in a Canalside setting. The development is beautifully situated only half a mile from Hanger Lane with access to Central and West London via the A40 and A406.
Other amenities are provided such as balconies to every apartment and underground parking.

The brief given to Zoe Hartridge the lead designer for the project was that the look and feel of the show apartments should replicate the marketing that had already been produced. With a modern and contemporary feel the show homes should be aspirational London living. The apartments are of a high specification so this should be reflected in the dressing. The target market rom reservations already taken it was clear that the majority of the purchasers were investors, professionals and lock up and leave customers. Many people interested have come from the surrounding areas due to the good transport links into central London but at slightly cheaper prices than places such as Ealing.

Sharon Phillips from Hill Residential said “New i.d have done it again, they have produced an outstanding design and have carried out the installation process on time and without a hitch”
